When I got the stitches out, there was no waiting. The original person wasn’t working so I just took the first available. That person was just as fun, although I was only there a few minutes.

I took my little one in today after an accident at school, to get some stitches on her face.
While we were waiting the front office staff got us more ice because what we had brought had melted.
She commented on how gentle Nurse John and … More Dr. A were with her and her cut. She was terrified of getting stitches, but I was really impressed with how Dr. A handled the situation, keeping her as calm as possible and keeping her little hands from touching her face while he was working. Once he was done she hopped off the bed and walked out, back to her normal self. She was cleared to go back to school, and even the principal commented on how high her spirits were after what could have been traumatizing.
It easily could have been a horrible, miserable experience, but the staff really was amazing, quick and efficient, professional, and kind. Thank you. -

Express MD is a very good clinic with professional service. They care for their patients and put needs of them first. I’ve been there both with my company and on a personal level. The care and attention doesn’t change from one case to another. … More I’ve taken my kids in for stitches in their eyebrows when one was 4 and the other one was 6. I couldn’t believe how caring and patient they were with my children. Neither of my kids really cried and it was the way they took their time but we’re honest with my kids on each step of the procedure. Plus my kids are just tough, lol.
My 6 year old actually requested going their when she got hurt at school after seeing how good they were with my youngest daughter.
I have and will continue to refer people to Express MD. -
